Duplicate Along Path Tool.

Pick Path Mode: 
	Click on a path object and then drag mouse in the direction of the duplication.  Unless set differently in the dialog, the start offset and duplicate distance are set with the mouse.  The start offset is the point where the path is selected  and the duplication distance is the length of the mouse drag in direction tangent to the path.  

Drag Polygon Path Mode :
	Selection is duplicated along drawn polygon with parameters set in dialog.
